Florida authorities are looking for Bam Margera after he fled a drug rehabilitation center on Monday, according to a police report from the Delray Beach Police Department obtained by CBS News.

On Monday, the director of a drug rehabilitation center called the police because Margera had left, even though he was at the facility under a court order and not allowed to leave.

The manager told police that Margera said he was unhappy with the facility’s treatment and was going to check into another.

The former MTV ‘Jackass’ star, whose real name is Brandon Cole Margera, drove off in a black Honda sedan, the manager said.

He was brought to the facility earlier this year under the court-ordered Marchman Act, which provides emergency assistance and temporary detention to people in need of substance abuse assessment and treatment in the state of Florida, the director told police.

Margera did not appear to harm himself or others, but staff feared he left the facility while under a court order.

The director of the establishment could not provide more information on the fate of Margera and the police could not find him.

On Tuesday, Margera posted a photo of himself and another man, whom he claimed was his new booze anonymous godfather.

Margera, who was a professional skateboarder, often posts videos of his skateboarding and his family on Instagram.
